Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original CUCKOO packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective inserts.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
